The Farehouse was founded in 2018 by Michael and Cristy Marut who moved to Taylors, SC in the summer of 2015 and opened a restaurant in the Taylors Mill. The first franchise expansion opened in 2023 and is owned and operated by Taft Wirthin, a seasoned restaurateur. He brings his extensive knowledge and excellent management team to the community of Fountain Inn!

The Farehouse is located on Main Street of historic downtown Fountain Inn, SC. This quaint, idyllic town was established in 1886 and began as a crossroads for Native Americans, then later was a stagecoach stop between Columbia, SC and Asheville, NC for travelers seeking its cool Piedmont Springs.
Our menu focuses on grilled flatbreads, pub-style appetizers, deli sandwiches, and dinner specials using fresh, locally-sourced meat and produce. Those local to Fountain Inn may even recognize some of the historical references from our Flatbread names!
